When are the Field Days?

Our next event is being held from Tuesday 13th August to Thursday 15th August 2024.

Where is the EP Field Days Site?

Our Field Day site is situated on Rudall Road west of the Cleve township. You will see signs coming into Cleve advising you where to go.

How do I get to Field day?

By car, by bus, by plane, Cleve has its own airport. You can check our location here.

What are the opening and closing times for the event?

8.00am to 5.30pm daily.

If I leave the event, can I re-enter?

Yes, you will just need to gain a re-entry ticket from one of the gates.

How much does a Field Day ticket cost?

  • 3 Day Pass: $45
  • Adult: $15
  • Students: $5
  • Children under 5: free

Where can I buy tickets?

Closer to the event you will be able to purchase tickets from our website and social media pages. Limited tickets will be available at the entry gates.

Can I get a refund on unused tickets?

No, unfortunately we do not accept cancellations or refunds.

Catering / Food Options

There will be a delicious range of food and drink options available for all dietary requirements.

Can I volunteer at Field Days?

Yes, we love volunteers and this event would not be possible without them. To register your interest please contact our Secretary on 08 8628 2219 or via email secretary@epfielddays.com.au

Ground Conditions

Please note, the Field Days site is an agricultural site and has a mixture of pebbled and grassed areas, therefore, please wear suitable footwear such as trainers or boots. We strongly advise that don’t wear open toe sandals or high heels.

Weather

The Eyre Peninsula can be windy and cold during August, please ensure you are prepared for all weather conditions with suitable clothing, footwear and sun protection.

Will I be able to withdraw money at the Field Days?

An ATM is located on the Northern side of the Field Day office for your convenience. Corner of D Road and Seventh Street.

Is there Parcel Pick up assistance for my purchases?

Save yourself from lugging your purchases around with you all day by using our Parcel Pick Up Courier Service. Arrange to have your goods picked up from point of purchase and delivered to the East or Western Courier sheds for pick up. Courier dockets are available from exhibitors or from the Courier office located on D Road, site 244.

What if I require First Aid?

Where can I access a Field Day programme?

These will be available for download via our website closer to the event, alternatively, you can pick one up from a local business, at the gate, or the EP Field Day office.

Is there a parenting centre?

Yes, there is. Baby change facilities are available on D Road, and at the Cleve Lil Gym and Playgroup site on Fifth Street which offers a parenting centre with play equipment, chairs, baby change and microwave facilities.

Is there a bus service around the Field Days?

A FREE hop on/hop off bus is available on site. Bus stops are marked with yellow signs. School aged children must be accompanied by an adult all times.

Is there a public bar onsite?

Yes, the Field Days supports the responsible service of alcohol and has the right to remove anyone who they deem to be intoxicated.

Conditions of entry

For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all persons, the EPFD committee reserves the right to: –

  • refuse entry to any persons deemed to be intoxicated and/or disorderly
  • remove persons causing disturbances, breaching the peace, having an animal onsite (Assistance dogs exempt) or refusing to comply with requests from EPFD.
  • persons entering the site must adhere to Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
  • special care should be taken at all times to protect yourself and others against any loss or injury
  • persons entering the site may be photographed, filmed or taped and it is deemed that a person by entering the site consents to the EPFD or parties appointed by the EFD to broadcast, publish and use any photographs, film, recording or images for promotional purposes.
  • persons must obey all signs notices and directions given by the EPFD whilst on site.
  • refuse entry to anyone trying to bring a dog onto site.
